SUPPLEMENTS
Minimum 2 nights stay or a single night supplement of £5 per person is payable.
Luxury room supplement of £10 per night during August.
All rooms £40 per person per night from 26th - 31st August.
Children up to the age of 1 year are charged £5 per night when sharing a double or twin room with 2 full paying adults - please note that this does not include breakfast.
Children between 1 - 12 years of age are charged half the adult rate when sharing the family suite with 2 full paying adults.
CHECK IN & OUT
Check in is after 2pm but before 6pm unless by prior arrangement.
Check out is before 10am on day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICYWhen a booking is made, by email, in writing, verbally or otherwise, the customer enters into a contract with the Guest House. We strongly advise that this contract should be protected by a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy taken out by the customer since, by law, charges can be levied if the booking is not fulfilled or whatever reason.
In the event of a cancellation, a 'cancellation fee' will be charged at the rate of:

More than 90 days before due arrival Deposit
89-72 days before due arrival 50%
71-30 days before due arrival 75%
29 days or less before due arrival 100%
No refund will be given for early departures or meals not taken.
